Returns

At Sanooa, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and, if possible, returned in its original packaging.

• Returned items must be shipped within 14 days after the return request has been approved.

• Personalized products or products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons are excluded from returns, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Refunds

After approval of your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sanooa.com. We will work quickly to provide an appropriate solution.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, Sanooa will cover the return shipping costs.
