Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Within this period, you can indicate that you wish to return the product.

Return Period

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to actually send the product back.

Return Conditions

• The product must be in new condition, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories.
  
• If the product is used or damaged, a reduction in value may be charged.
  
• Parts or accessories cannot be returned separately.
  
• Without a valid proof of purchase, the right of withdrawal is void.
  

Return Shipping Costs

The consumer is responsible for the costs of returning the product.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Processing Returns / Repairs

• Once the return shipment is received, we will process it as quickly as possible.
  
• After receiving your return, you will receive the requested product or a replacement within 5 working days.
